What are the components of this product?
Glucosamine sulfate: Glucosamine is a long chain aminoglycan (Amino acids attached to sugar molecules). These large molecules are essential to form the proteoglycans that are used to bind water in the cartilage. Glucosamine also stimulates collagen production.

Chondroitin sulfate: Chondroitin is a compound similar to the proteoglycans called a mucopolysaccharide. This substance improves the lubricating (synovial) fluid in the joint space.

Shark cartilage: Shark cartilage is a mucopolysaccharide complex with anti-inflammatory effects. It may also help strengthen the immune system.

Green Lipped Sea Mussel: Green Lipped Sea Mussel contains a rich mixture of mucopolysaccharides and hyaluronic acids, aiding the repair of joint tissue. It also helps prevent some joint damage.

MSM: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) plays an important role in the production of cartilage. It helps maintain the fluid pressure inside the joints and greatly reduces the inflammatory response.

L-Histamine: L-Histamine is an amino acid that is depleted in sufferers of arthritis.
